Sysclk not working with FW14 AMS?

Using the latest at the time atleast on FW 13 Sysclk was working perfectly. I updated to FW 14 with atmosphere and when i open sysclk in my overlay it says Fatal error sys clk is not running please make sure it is correctly installed and enabled.
I go to my sysmodules tab and SYSCLK says off. I try to enable it in this tab. It goes to on, for like 5 seconds. before it seems to disable itself and go on off. Weird.

Anyone know what is going on?

I didn't see there was a new version. I updated and it seems to work again.
