If there is files inside the firmware folder then you probably would need to boot from Fusee.bin instead of your sx dongle

Yea send the payload from a computer or a different payload dongle that use .bin format instead

you can use computer to inject the payload, you can try to put hekate as boot.dat and then boot fusee.bin see if that help

You need Tegrasmashgui if you setup the driver correctly for the switch, as for the dongle, you can try to convert hekate payload to boot.dat

You don't rename hekate, you have to convert it to boot.dat with this.
