Wii not fully turning off?

so ever since i have modded my wii it hasn't been turning off fully. when I turn it off it goes into this yellow-greenish light color state and never goes red. any way to fix this or do I have to sit with a half asleep console

well he was wonding why it wasnt fully powered down and thats why standby keeps that going, u either have standby or off cant have both

In priiloader's settings there's an option to change shutdown to idle to shutdown to off or something like that. After adjusting this setting it should shut down to red

If ur Wii isnt turning off , that means it has a countdown , search any numbers anywhere. After countdown expires , Evil Mario will come for your soul. If really , check maybe you installed Wii Alarm idk
