ROM Hack [DS] please help, this very fragile file......

I want to make to "Professor Layton and the Unwound Future" (USA to Kor version patched rom) to undub (Japanese voice)

But when I replaced sound files, rom is destroyed.. this is really fragile and unstable...

I think I found a problem here. Does anyone know the solution or cause?
