There's a mod for it on gamebanana now, works on ryujinx can't say about consoles or yuzu.

Pokedex encounter works for you in Ryujinx? Cause I'm using latest Ryujinx and PLA 1.0.1 and it wont work for me

Yes... disable everything except the pokedex code. Activate the encounter and shiny for exemple, but do this before even start the game. In game you open the pokedex, choose the pokemon, click L and move around to spawn wild pokemon. It wont work on already spawn mob, rest or move around and all pokemons should be the selected one.

Not possible to change already captured pokemon, you'll hvae to wait for PKHeX. To get the levels to 10 though you can use the item x999 code to give yourself max of the grit and then go to the move trainer and you can exchange up or down the different items to increase levels. Just use the x999 cheat on all of them and you can bring all your pokemon to 10. Or again, wait for PKHeX.

you have to be going after a hisuin form. It works perfectly so if you're seeing lucarios you selected a pokemon that does not have a hisuin form.

It can be done using cheatenigne, you can even unlock the very first costume without the saddlebag, it's a little complicated tho.
