To quote the correct one:

no its the boss form or how do you call that. it does nothing to your pokedex but it gives you a yellow pokemon. I think it can only be with the 5 boss pokemons that are in the game

I think what he means (for the second code) is the yellow form before soothing the boss pokemons

It can be done using cheatenigne, you can even unlock the very first costume without the saddlebag, it's a little complicated tho.

There's a mod for it on gamebanana now, works on ryujinx can't say about consoles or yuzu.

So I've enabled both the [20# Always Encounter (M) 1.0.0] and [Pokedex Encounter Press L 1.0.0] within Ryujinx for v1.0.0, but hitting L in the dex screen seems to do nothing to change the spawn to the pokemon I want. Even holding L whilst loading in zones does nothing.
I've tried both spawning in grey'd out mons in my dex and ones I've already caught, but no difference. And my dex is on the entire hisui region, not a specifc location.
Is anyone able to point out what I'm doing wrong, or if this is purely an emulator quirk and the codes won't work properly on Ryujinx?

I just updated to the newest version of the cheat file, and when I go to talk to the professor to return home, the game freezes when trying to load the pokedex, even with all cheats disabled by default, except the master code which I seemingly cannot turn off.

Because it uses asm and asm doent generally work on ryu
