I live in Japan so the prices will surely be different

My choices are :

SanDisk extreme
Writing 90 Megabytes Per Second
Reading 160 Megabytes Per Second
Price around 80$

SanDisk extreme pro
Reading 170mb/s
Writing not written
Price 90 $

SanDisk ultra
Reading 120mb/s
Writing not written
Price 70$

nenzhe (brand I don't know)
Reading 100mb/s
Write 70mb/s
Price 57$
At the moment I have a SanDisk or a Samsung basic 128giga in 60 write/100 read mode, will I feel the difference with a big reading capacity?

You won't see any difference for anything above 110 MB/s read speed, this is how much system can handle with Hekate driver at emummc. Standard HOS max is around 95 MB/s.

Look at write speed and IOPS. Higher then better. Write speed is also limited to similar values, slightly lower.

Thank you for answers, I will go for a SanDisk tho! It's a pity that the Nintendo switch can't handle more than 100mb/s

110 MB/s is hardware limitation or Hekate driver limitation?

I am trying also trying to figure what should I buy for Switch Android. Any difference there?

Hekate driver. Hardware is capable of higher speeds, but in both cases file system driver is a bottleneck.

Look up for A2 microsd cards. They have higher IOPS which allows Android to be more responsive.

You most likely won't feel a difference unless you're using Android on the Switch.
I'd suggest to go with the most reliable one.

Format to ntfs
Then gui format fat 32

Or if you have big balls format exfat format

A-ha I used exFat for 5 years without problems. I formated fat32 just for Android and for me android isn't useful on switch since it's very experimental (except menu that is very smooth)
And fat32 is a paiiiin but it's too late now that I already installed 400 giga of files....
