ROM Hack RELEASE 60 FPS Cheats for NSwitch

After doing some debugging, I figured I'd contribute something. I still want to figure out how to find the game speed (So it can be adjusted for either a 30FPS cap, dynamically, or higher than 60FPS in emulators), and find a way to disable the double buffered vSync. As a result of the latter, you are going to need to overclock your Switch.

Noone found a way to do that with previous Pokemons on the same engine with fixing game speed. So if engine wasn't updated in that regard, don't expect 60 FPS with normal speed

there is a code for it in the other cheat thread and yes it breaks the game
