Homebrew Triforce games turn off my console

I've been trying to play Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 but every time I launch the inject it turns off my console. Tried with Nintendont on vWii and it does the same thing. What could be the issue?

bad iso, bad save file, outdated nintendont needs more info, first check your nintendont version(you used nintendont on both ocasions incase you didnt know)

then check your iso md5

then check your saves folder for 0kb bad files.
