I tried to change the region after cfw. After attempting to change the region, I tried to delete the cfw, and the console stopped.
Is there a way to solve this phenomenon except for the ntrboot method using r4 chips?
There is a dstt chip that was used before, and an error occurs when inserting a chip and updating the body while using dsi.
It's your first time using this site, so you may be a little clumsy.

Changing the region and uninstall the cfw afterwards doesn't work. You need cfw for that afaik.

If you like other people's mistakes, then you should be ashamed of yourself.

It is possible (but a bad idea). Just "install CFW → CTRTransfer region change → uninstall CFW is guaranteed 100% brick".

You will have to get a compatible flashcart. A DSTT might be compatible but will require a DS Lite, DS Phat or a 2|3DS with custom firmware to flash the ntrboot exploit.

Then, is there no other way?
I tried using a method called 'CTR transfer', but it was useless. This is because godmode and luma were not driven at all using the start button and select button in the first place.

If you uninstalled CFW (B9S) the console will not load payloads from the SD card. This is why there is a long series of tests on the page
https://3ds.hacks.guide/uninstall-cfw
To make sure nothing bad happens when performing the uninstall. It directly says when not to proceed.
https://3ds.hacks.guide/uninstall-cfw#section-iii---safety-test
(Red box below that section)
=========

Easy version (not fully correct):
You changed vital components with the region change. Normally the security system of the 3DS operating system will not allow booting when those aren't correct. The CFW (Luma3DS) is loaded before the main OS by B9S. Luma patches the OS so it accepts things it wouldn't otherwise.
Then you removed B9S. Luma3DS doesn't get loaded before the main OS anymore → crash (black screens, blue LED, nothing else).

You can't do anything without ntrboot (which will load software in FIRM format regardless of what is on the console internal NAND). Reinstall B9S with the ntrboot method. Your console should work again (without having to do CTRTransfer or anything else).

Good luck!

Thank you for your kind reply. If there is no way but to use ntrboot, I will have to give up. Still, thank you. Happy New Year.
Happy new year to you as well.
Consider continuing another time. Compatible R4 are a lot cheaper than a new console.

I'll ask the last question. Does the magnet of the ntrboot method have to change to a black screen for a while when approaching Nintendo? When I approached the Nintendo 2ds console with the magnet I had, nothing happened.

The old 2DS model (non folding style) has a sleep switch, no magnetic sensor. Instead of a magnet, just push the slider in "sleep" position for ntrboot on O2DS.
All other models will trigger sleep mode with a magnet (normally the loudspeaker when closing the shell).
