Awesome, thank you, now everything works fine. I'd better write everything I did somewhere to be sure to know what to do for the next update.
It's a good idea to try and remember/ keep note of what you did actually, because when the next Switch Update comes and you want to upgrade to that firmware you'll need a new version of Atmosphere and a new set of sigpatches!

Glad you got it sorted!

I'm sorry, I didn't clarify. Download nut.exe, the .reg and the driver. Keep them all in the same directory together, I keep them by themselves. Transfer the keys.txt file into the same directory as nut.exe. Install the driver, then the reg file, then launch nut. Let it do it's thing then you'll see the GUI popup. Click on the "local scan paths" tab, click "browse"and point it to the directory containing your games. After that, click scan at the top and watch your list populate. Follow @Chaosta 's directions for transferring.

BE CAREFUL WITH THE ORGANIZE FILES FUNCTION!!!! I ended up messing up my backups that I had updated with have updates and dlc and when I clicked organize, it deleted them all so I had to update the games all over again. Ooof.
Doesn't sound too bad. Just confusing. I might end up just doing it with the SD card for now and changing to NUT when the card is almost full since you need double the storage when installing through SD...

Thanks again!

if your on fat32, you cant transfer files to sd over 4gigs, this is where nut and other methods for installing games comes into play. quite a few games are over that 4gig limit

its mainly the outdated versions. if anything use the hb store to find a app, then google it for the latest version and to see if its compatible. all hb apps will either be on gbatemp or github. check this for latest version of nxthemes installer
Once again, thank you very much for your insight and advice. Learning from you is like a fast-track program for switch modding

Hi all!
I m reading to run atmosphere on my Virgin console, i take it tomorrow from a friend of mine. I have some question about the steps

1 i restore it ti make it Virgin, update the fw, put an account, download a demo (to. Easy access ti hb menu)
2. Put 90 dns to provide internet connection
3. Start hekate, backup nand in my exfat card.
4 Go to pc, copy the backup and format in fat32
5 go in hekate, create emunand or if i want use sysnand directly to run atmosphere
6. Now i have the demo i ve download installed?
Have i to put incognito again?

25 of the games I'm installing are over 4GB, but the SD is formatted as exFAT so it's not an issue. What was more of a pain was to be transferring games onto the SD card each time I wanted to install something ahaha.

All good now anyway, pretty much done!

You should of had incognito or 90dns setup on your emunand right after it was created. But yes you want incognito or 90dns
I have 90dns set-up. I'm gonna run both though. Which is the most advisable/reliable: exosphere incognito or incognito_rcm? For good measure what is tinfoil incognito?

Might I suggest you checking out "Switch Army Knife" it's literally all you need for splitting nsp, covering nzs and xci to nsp and everything in between and it will copy to your microsd as it splits so you won't need to split then transfer. Tinfoil sees it as just a single nsp. It's brilliant

If you're using 90DNS, you don't need Incognito.

Havent messed with the tinfoil option. I use incognito_rcm but exosphere works just fine. 90dns throttles your connection while using internet on emunand. Incognito is all you need

Sweet, thank you. I knew my internet was getting throttled, I have gigabit and was seriously getting 6mb/s maximum.

hi to everyone
[10:00 PM]
i am experiencing issues with atmosphere 1.2.5 + sigpatches + awoo installer.
[9:58 PM]
everytime i try to launch any game it returns to the menu with error 2002-4153
[9:59 PM]
can someone help me?

I have a few questions about uLaunch: Does the latest version work with fw v13.2.0 and atmosphere v1.2.5, is there a risk of bricking using this launcher and lastly, if a theme doesn't work right, can I revert back to default by removing it from my SD card or editing some config file?

Github shows it has issues on fw above 13.0. If a theme causes a crash itll say in the atmosphere error folder 0100000001000.

Just delete that folder in atmosphere / contents

Thank you. I saw that it's been updated to work on firmware 13.0 but wanted to know if anyone had any experience with it above v13.0 and if so what themes were they successful with...

You blow my mind with how much you know about the switch and that you retain it. Amazing

I use themes, I'm on 13.1, Use NXtheme Installer no prob. Yes some of the older themes do not work with newer FW, but most newer made ones work well. Best to make your own anyways, can have whatever pleases you! Update NXTheme Installer also when you update Atmos. Use the newest build.
Most these work!

Nice! hanks Mr Marsh...I mean Randy..I mean Lorde...i mean @BigOnYa you've definitely got 'teggrity. lol (I'm a fan, if you cant tell). I appreciate your advice, I've already looked in NXtheme but am really drawn to the level of change and customization that uLaunch offers. I may build my own uLaunch theme. Iused to make Windows XP UXtheme way back in the day, cant be much different. Ill look into makig NXthemes as well. Thanks again
