Just a quick PSA: EXP cheats are messy in this game. I've tried ones from 3 different people and all of them level you up after the battle instead of during. You miss learning all of your moves. I got my starter to 10 and never learned a single attack I was supposed to. I reloaded my save and learned them just fine without the cheats. I would suggest avoiding those codes until someone figures out the proper way to do it,
