ok i have concluded, you have to change the small letter into big letter the af7 should be AF7 if all else fails you have to skip line like my pic below

lower or upper case shouldn't matter
why there is a * at the front of the 2nd file?

Upper or lower case doesn't matter, my cheats have both. Still haven't got it working. I'm starting from scratch again by reloading atmos latest versions. Then I will try to set up cheats from scratch. I am baffled as everything worked perfectly before I updated atmos

Edizon shows up as version v1.0.0, If there is a patch I have not found it. I probably set this up on an earlier cfw version some months ago and it all worked. Do I need a newer version? My version is exactly as the attachment above and none of my cheats show up

Did you change the location of your cheat files to Atmosphere/Contents?

with window notepad, the * in the filename of the window bar means the changes have not been saved. if you try to close the window it prompts you either to save the changes or discard the changes.

in your SD card, when you go to atmospher files, are you sure that there is "contents" folder and cheats inside ? (CAREFUL it must have a "s" to end of the word "contents" i say that because i had the same issue after an update of atmospher age ago)

I have edizon. I followed a guide back in the summer to set this up with an earlier version and it worked perfectly. Should I use edison-se? If so is the installation procedure the same except for that file? I am completely stuck. I have reinstalled atmos from start and then the cheats but still no luck. I can't find any other edizon version. I searched and got to a site that said edizon-se but the download is just the same and shows up as edizon 1.0

Have you see my precedent post ? Did you check the files name that's correct ? I had this issues age ago

thanks but I have checked, it definitley says 'contents'. I am completely stuck now
I am a very unhappy bunny! I don't use cheats much but wanted to use them for ACNH as I had been doing before the update. I have gone over it all many times today but just can't get edizon to find any cheats

After testing this is 100% the issue.
If cheats are not working try splitting up the codes (5 at a time).

A THOUSAND thank yous to all who tried to help me. I have now done it. The file was far too big and so that was the cause of my problem. Also another cheat file I was trying had got corrupted so edizon was correct in telling me there were no cheats! I am so grateful to you all.

for cheats i use:
switch/edizon/cheats and
switch/breeze/cheats
its easier than having over thousand folders in ams folder so incase of example a broken sysmodule its easier to fix it

If you can't do anything to it in-game you could try using the save editor to erase it

lets move on, the cheats are shared in main page archive after a few days

first off, was what was said really that bad? you're acting like i actually steal cheats. second? getting pissed at a rant? i actually regret ever saying anything on this.
you know, specially because i changed my stance on it.
you know now that i think of it, why am i trying to please anyone? i mean, if all it takes is just a rant, just one thing to anger the WHOLE community, even if i didnt actually steal anything and have been trying to communicate i changed my mind on the matter. like, in all seriousness, have i really sealed it? just for getting mad over something i now understand better?
and is it the whole community, this entire forum, or is it just the people in your group with hurt feelings?
