Also for "A way to ground pin 10 on the right joycon rail" use the alu foil trick showed here at 1:50 because it's the easiest way to do ground it (otherwise don't use this tutorial, it's outdated):

NH Switch Guide is pretty decent.
You can also check Rentry.org Switch Guide as well from its archive page as some of its pages got DMCA-ed recently, as well as the one mentioned above (it's a bit outdated, but worth a read at least).

Additionally, you'll need either sigpatches or sys-patch for game backups to work.
