Hacking How do I save all my savegames without being banned?

I am currently on latest firmware and latest atmosphere. I would like to make a backup of all my savegames and do a factory reset on my switch, can anyone recommend any tool for that?

Thank you. I have some issues after installation of checkpoint - both just applied the nro file or installing it through appstore. When starting the application Atmosphere crashes instantly.

Thank you, I downloaded it and saved the /switch/checkpoint/ folder, but does not save anything. Please advise

Get JKSV. It's been working great for me. With one operation, you can save all your game saves.
I have not used Checkpoint, but if it doesn't like the applet mode, then start HomeBrew by starting any game while holding R (Keep holding R until you see HB, this includes clicking through the profile to play the game). You can then start Checkpoint.

You have to launch Checkpoint via title override which you do by launching any title while holding R over any installed title.
