Luckily, I have the US versions of Soul Sacrifice and Delta on my Vita.
I coulda sworn there was a working code for one of the Soul Sacrifice games... But maybe the time freeze feature was in the plugin specifically made for the game.
Anyway, if I recall correctly, that's a dwindling timer, so you're going to be doing a whole lot of < searching. But maybe I'm wrong. While my son is in the bath, I'll fire up the game and see what's up.
As far as invincibility, how I find it depends on the game. Sprite-based games, ones where you're character flashes after being hit, are usually pretty easy. It's a simple "fuzzy search while not flashing, get hit, and while flashing, search <>. Stop flashing and do another <> search. Then, any time you're not flashing, do a == search. Repeat til you are confident one of your results is right. The search should like something this, basically: Fuzzy Search, get hit, <>, stop flashing, <>, ==, ==, ==, ==, ==, get hit, <>, etc.
You get the idea.
Games that have items, spells, or whatever, that make you invincible would be found the same way.
As far as other means of no damage codes, anything that can't be found through a cheat engine, I can't do. A lot of no damage codes for games on older systems used assembly code as part of them.
EDIT: So I fired up Soul Sacrifice Delta, and codes should be fairly easy to find. I think. I have a bunch of different codes for offerings and stuff that seem to work pretty well. The only wrinkle I can think of is whether or not the timer for those missions require pointers. Maybe not. Im messing with it now.
Further edit: @NeoGranzon Found at least a starting point. You are looking for an increasing float value. For example, in the US version, I created a code for a 5 second completion time.

I've already tried everything possible but unfortunately the ace points are only in the range 8C-8D and everything else useful can be found in this area. B200 codes is not an option but pointers might help but I doubt it is possible to find one that works. A combination between pointer and B200 if it were possible could help but unfortunately nobody knows how to do it or how it is possible.
In summary, we are taking small steps here but a big one for DB ;-)

How to find invincible code!

There are several ways to find it, but there is still no guarantee of success.
Here is a variant of how I do it, of course I do it very easily and with a lot of patience.

Lesson 1
Try to find out in which range the codes could be for HP or other useful values.
If your hp code has the range, for example, range 82-83 try to search here at the beginning. In the worst case, you have to look for the invincible code in the 81-8F range.

Lesson 2
Begin search for Invincible.
1. If the character flashes/blinking after damage, search immediately (fuzzy) (character must still flash).
2. Search less when there is no blinking Then more when it blinks and you repeat that as long as you can to get only a few results. Try all results but avoid all values 8xxxxxx because they almost always cause a crash.

Lesson 3
the character doesn't blink after the damage, how do i find an invincible code!
1. if you get a hit then your character will react as soon as he reacts, start Vita cheat immediately and search more for reactions and less for no reactions. But if Vita cheat does not freeze the game while searching, then you have to pause the game exactly when you get a hit and then use Vita cheat.

Lesson 4
The most important thing.
1.Avoid a Loading Screen or Black Screen because this can change the whole memory and your code will not work if you like to find pointers or B200 codes. All things should be done before Loading Screen or everything else what can change the memory.
