I got it off GitHub yes.
How come it still isn't showing up

Did you copy over all the other requirements as well? Did it work at one point and accidentally get disabled?

Yup.
It worked on earlier versions of the switch and atmosphere.
I believe it needs to be updated

Depending on how you're updating Atmosphere, you could be overwriting or deleting the old Tesla files. After updating Atmosphere, download and re-install / re-add Tesla over the top of it. If you've already done that, then I'd be just as stuck as you.
