And I got a new one, my N3ds is hacked all the way to the end of the tutorial, without an SD card, I get LUma´s config screen, now, I cant take a backup of the bad card, what do I need to have within the card to install my stuff back?

You will want to look at https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup for getting the new card up and running for yourself.

if it was never system transferred over to your new console you have. You would need to contact nintendo to get it transferred over. If it was transferred before, then you would just need to log in.

Standard PC data recovery software sometimes produces results. EASUS and Testdisk are popular.

But then, if we are talking about an old card here for a 3DS you no longer have, then its contents will be encrypted and you will have no way to decrypt it.

(You know there's http://3ds.hacks.guide/restoring-cfw now, right?)

I cant remeber my old ass NNID so that ship has sailed
Surely you still have access to the E-mail account you used when you got the NNID?

I will look into the old Sd for saves as my 14yo girl is playing MHStories for almost an year now and is terrifed of losing her save file, dont even know how to take that from the Sd without JKSM.

Did you back up your save games on your old SD card using JKSM or Checkpoint? Because you can use those backups without any problem.

Otherwise, like I said, you need the encryption key – movable.sed or possibly essential.exefs or a NAND backup (which can be used to provide movable.sed). Or you need access to a 3DS that exchanged Friend codes with your old 3DS, or possibly a QR code for a Mii generated on your old 3DS.

With the encryption key, you can use ninfs on a PC to extract the save data and get it into a form you can use with your new 3DS. Without the encryption key, it's quite hopeless.
