Hacking Question Spacecraft-NX does not show space invader

I tried to flash Spacecraft-NX and the tools said "DONE" which I assume the operation is successful. However when I power on the switch (Erista), the SX Core shows a solid white LED (RGB all light up). It does not blink / pulse yellow (Training session) and it does not boot into space invaders.

I can rollback to the original firmware and it boots normally.

Anything I have missed to make it work?
