New version available with lots of fixes. A few things that were broke in build 1009, due to the new inventory editing for support characters, are now fixed. I've also downgraded to Net framework 4.5.2 for win 7 users, hopefully it will work now.

Some new editing features available:

Friend card list and your partner card along with most of the information visible in game and all editable. Most of this gets updated automatically when you load the game or have the friend card updated in game.The weapon log gets saved though and you can see that here too. This was a lot of work but it's cleared a lot of unknowns out in the data:



You can now edit the photon arts attached to weapons in your inventory. Combine this with the support character editor and you can easily adapt all your characters to suit your needs. It also means, yes, you can now force this level 30 even if you don't have the Photon Art unlocked yet (in-game restrictions still apply i.e. techs will still be max level 15 for non-force types).

I do not know if you're still checking the threads but while I was messing around with the save editor and found out that the in the Type window.
when I try to get a B class weapons into an A and then save the file.
then when I reload it, my entire ranger class weapon class overwrites into the other classes.
here, I have the screenshot for it

I tried looking around to troubleshoot it but it seems nobody(?) has talked about it yet, so I decided to go here to ask you to thoroughly look into this problem or was this some sort of an unintended feature I never acknowledge?

Hey Retro, love all the work you've done on the save editor recently. Tried contacting you shortly before the Infinity Eng release to try to ask you about updating it and possibly making it public to let the community push it forward which you're doing beautifully on your own now. Had a question though, with the [All Missions Unlocked] and [Episode Complete] options, what are they accessing and is there a way of switching them off once activated?

No way of switching them off, sorry. Most of the mission unlock cheats are just copying a couple of bytes of known data into a certain position.

Wow, i hope you had a backup! Ill look into fixing this and any other bugs.

Community offerings are minimial to non existent so please post here if anyone adds any updates as im not monitoring the spreadsheet often.

This is awesome! any place to get or share save date with each other?

I would suggest creating a new thread here and ill post a link in the main post for you if it's fairly popular.

This is fixed now in v4.0 build 1011. Thanks for pointing it out.

wow, this tool is amazing. very handy. I could totally see the usefulness in using the "save inventory"/"load inventory" options to easily save/load loadouts like in PSO2, especially handy when switching classses on the same character. Saves from having to re-quip for class changes

Also handy to see at a glance the various stats of your character w/o entering the game (rebirth stats, abilities, type levels, etc)!

Also, you may want to put Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity in the title. Someone unsavvy to the acronyms wouldn't know what game this is for. Just a thought

I have encountered a bug in the type Abilities menu. The thing is, in the tool you can add abilities using the fake slot without any problem until you reach the 12 slots. But the moment when you save changes and start the game, only the Force abilities are saved, the other classes abilities are empty. Here is the link to imgur where I have uploaded some images showing the bug:



In the first image you can see the Force class type over the maximun abilities slots thanks to the editor, but the other classes have no abilities by doing the same method. Thanks for this helpfull editor in advance

I've got a fix for this I'll release when I get some time
Any way to just add consumables, music discs, etc. without having to scour for item files? Kinda pointless if I can't just double-click a free slot and add what I want that way.
Use a hex editor on a dimate, find the replacement hex in the item database:

Hello, thank you very much for the editor

I tried setting all Type Lvs (Ranger, Force etc) to 50, and everything was fine, but for some reason when I played Episode 2 Story the job I used on the Act gets regressed to Lv 29.
I did Ep2 Act3-2 with Ranger, it regressed to 29
I did Ep2 Act 4-1 with Force, it regressed to 29

They regressed on the Mission Complete screen, any solution?

Also I met a second bug, whenever I open my save after Extending my weapons, or whenever I try to open my Inventory/Shared storage, it displays this error:
