The official joy cons are overpriced and drift. What 3rd party replacement is good, cheap, and not overpriced.

My honest advice is to get comfortable with the tools and skills to open up the Joy-Cons and replace the joysticks yourself. You just need to follow a step-by-step YouTube and be careful and precise.

I don't really like the hori ones

Split pad is great for handheld and probably still the most comfortable but missing features. (wireless, gyro, rumble)

Binbok recently released a pretty good imitation of those with the missing features but is probably sold out.

Kinvoca are the only other ones that released joy-cons with larger analog sticks.

The tiny analogs used on the Switch cons are incredibly common on imitators and will all drift the same and should be avoided.

The nintendy Pro model is good too... no drift with it, nor have heard about drift with it from anyone else

Could do, but if you get comfortable doing it, then you get to keep using otherwise-good official controllers with all the features, for the sake of a quick and cheap fix every couple of years or whatever.
