So after doing exactly what you stated in your post it still isn't booting after install. For some reason, if I install Hekate and then boot straight into Atmosphere it will actually boot some games after install but not all of them

You're likely failing to boot the latest fusee-primary using your RCM Loader. Use your RCM Loader to boot Hekate, and use Hekate to chainload fusee-primary. It's the only way you can be sure you're booting the latest fusee-primary properly if you're going to use the RCM Loader.

1. Put the latest fusee-primary.bin onto your SD card in /bootloader/payloads/
2. Add the following lines to hekate_ipl.ini:

3. Boot Hekate and select "Atmosphere test"​

Your issue was you probably weren't ever booting fusee-primary, or it was outdated. Booting "Atmosphere" from Hekate worked partially because you weren't using fusee-primary.

You can also confirm your problem by using your computer to boot your Switch using fusee-primary, instead of using your RCM Loader. Odds are your games will work properly if you do this, confirming the issue.

And are you sure fusee-primary.bin is in /bootloader/payloads/? Spoiler alert: it's probably in the wrong folder, the folder is named improperly, or the file name is improper. Post pictures of the contents of your SD card. Also, make sure the name of the file isn't fusee-primary.bin.bin or something if you're using Windows 10.

I've tried Tinfoil and NSAinstaller. Games previously installed play fine but newly installed games don't.
