I am not really new here because I've read many of your useful threads for the past few years, so I finally decided to create an account and join your cool community.
I am very interested in modding and rom hacking, topics that are very common here. I've experience with my modded 3ds since maybe 2016. And recently, I decided to do the same with my Switch. I have read a little bit about it and I discovered that my 4.1.0 firmware is vulnerable, even for my patched console. Sadly, it was hit by Supernag, so I will try to research more about this.
And about romhacking, I need to refresh and update a little bit my knowledge, but years ago I created my own FireRed hackrom. Even though it was a very noob project, I really liked creating my own story in one of my favorite games: maps, scripts, sprites, characters.... I was specially attracted by the music hack, and I tried to make my own soundtrack using songs from other videogames, remixes or even my own compositions. Sadly, university came and I didn't have much time for my passion.
Anyways, I am willing to learn now that Christmas holidays are here. I hope I can help and support somehow, since I believe this is a warm community where everyone can grow and learn.
