It is not too difficult that you can search 32-bit integer and edit the value in memory. However it is impossible to make a fix pointer to those items.
Since the order of items will change dynamically.
I've studied the structure of it. The data for each item have a lenght of 0x20, so if you found any one of them, you can edit the others by shift up or down 0x20.
Also, if the +1C offset is 01 00 00 00, you can change the value to E7 03 or any larger number. If the +1C is 00 00 00 00 you can only set the value to 01 only

The pointer can be [[[[[main+09BF5FD8]+20]]+78]+150]+XX0 where XX is an even number

Thanks for your help. I understand why the cheats doesn't work but sadly, I don't know a thing about hex editor so I understand nothing with these 0x20 and +1C
