Not like "Dumped and *Used* but still just dumped in the sense that it's at least backed up. There's a few games on XB1 have both physical and digital where the digital has been completely wiped off while there's still some physical copies, the XB1 edition of Minecraft comes to mind for that one.

afaik, c4eva managed to dump a few discs shortly after the xbone was released. he's behind the cfw on the dvd drive for the 360, so I assumed he'd be one of few people who could manage it. I don't know what happened beyond that though. games weren't playable, just dumped.

Wow didn't know one of these existed for that
Yeah, this is what's known as a pre database. They document "official" scene releases from warez groups (P2P groups don't get announced, so keep that in mind). They don't provide links, but they are good to reference to see if there's a release for something you're looking for. From there, you can usually plug the release title into a search bar and find what you want. GBATemp actually used to serve as a similar kind of database. ROM release announcements along with their NFOs would be posted in the corresponding console's forum.

That's very good to know! I knew that existed for PC Games but never thought it would be similar for console games, especially for NFOs, last time I saw an NFO for a console game was probably the Dreamcast.

There's an NFO for every type of release. They're there to give notes and specs on the release, and has shoutouts or whatever else from the group. You also have an adjoining SFV file which is there to perform a hash check on the release to make sure it hasn't been tampered with.

Then sometimes you find ones like "
Please.MODCHiP.The.XBOXONE.Getting.One.For-XMAS", and that makes for a good laugh hah.

Very interesting though.

It reminds me of when the original Xbox was released and groups were dumping and releasing game disc isos. Without a way to actually play them it was kind of pointless.

Just like the group that dumped a few PS5 games. I could probably dump them too if I had a UHD Drive as I'm sure Sony still uses the UDF File System which is completely readable on a computer. BUT, like the PS3 and PS4, I'm sure the important stuff is encrypted. Without a hacked PS5 and home-brew, there is no way to get the all important decryption key.

just a joke dude its the Xbox one/s/x, it wont be hacked becuase its Microsoft. enough said.
I don't have an Xbox, even. I'm just thinking ideas like other people think will work. They never work. Otherwise, the Xbox One would already have games decrypted by 2013. Also, have you ever tried to copy an app from an Xbox to a USB? I hear you can copy apps to the drive but they're encrypted. Ask DAN ChatGPT if it can come up with an exploit.

Pretty sure he was joking, most likely in refference to ChatGPT and Bard generating working Windows license keys.
