ROM Hack Suggestion Yokai watch 4

Anyone willing to translate yokai watch 4 for switch? Level 5 have shut their office in the US and I don't think the game will ever come to the west. I am aware of the announcement that was made in 2019, however this does not guarantee anything.

I have seen an English patch for persona 5 scramble, I believe the same can be done for yokai watch 4. I'm willing to donate.

People who take little donations to continue translating will never finish it. Either you're paying professional wage or expect true fan who will do it for free to translate. Small donations to encourage people to do something is always laughable.

I would be willing to help with a fan translation, I have a basic understanding of japanese (self-taught) and managed to finish the game rather easily, I still get stuck with most kanji but thankfully this game has furigana, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem. I will work for free since I'm not a pro or anything, this is only to practice my japanese. Plus I like Yokai-Watch
If someone with switch hacking experience decides to create a framework where I can work on the text files in a cvs table or some other lightweight format, or can tell me how to dump them myself from my own copy, I would happily translate at least the menus, mission prompts, skills, names and other basic stuff, the bare minimum to make the game playable, and then create something like the Masquerade framework used for Persona 5 Scramble (no idea how to do any of that).

TL;DR I know nothing about hacking but I will translate it for free if someone creates an easy to use framework for it.
