I know of game banana for mods but is there any others because I have yet to find a single new character mod. There are alot of skins maybe thats the same but just tell me some good websites for mods if you know of them. Or links to some big mods for games

gamebanana is the best place to get mods for a lot of games, smash included, and thanks to arcropolis, the size limitation is now gone and there're a lot of character replacement mods (except movesets) you can get

arcropolis is far better than umm, and if custom character models is what you want, then the answer to your question is no
