Maybe they change because of the use of diffrent languages in the game . Anyhow the codes did work if i apply them before loading the save , but they didnt if i activated when i was already playing them .
 
I've tested it, it does not work for me at early game,
After dump the memory and check with your equation, the addresses pointed to the HP/MP/SP are all correct
however, the game is still no effect. (not sure why)

Then, I found the equation by using "offset num 1" with "depth 6"
the following equations come out

for version 0
