Gaming When do people think we will have access to the Mario 3D Allstars NSP or XCI?

I have my go to website for games. Normally leaks happen 2 days prior to release sometimes 5 days depending on the game. 3D Allstars is a port anyway those games will look better due to HD texture packs on emulators.

Idk why people are hyped about 3D All stars

To me, the only reason is because it opens up the possibility of GC and Wii games on the Switch.
If Sunshine and Galaxy end up being emulated, then it's highly likely there could be a workaround to make other GC/Wii games work on Switch as well.
That way, we'd have the entire Nintendo backlog at our disposal in the Switch.

It's just a convenient way to play all the games with relative ease. Opposed to the hassles of emulation(more referring to sunshine/galaxy) as there are a multitude of simple(and better) ways to play 664 at this point in time

I for one have never played Sunshine as there was never a great way to play it, even with gamecube controllers + adapters most emulators/settings I've tried never render the paint correctly so there are just voids everywhere

Galaxy on the other hand has the motion controls which arent exactly easy to emulate either. The best way I've found for this is to use a DS4 controller as I can also use the on screen pointer with relative accuracy but even that has some drawbacks, most notably being that you have to shake the controller like it owes you money to even get mario to spin

I was away from gaming for quite sometime I just bought a switch for the nostalgic appeal and Mario Odyssey + BOTW (which I barely play tbh)

I never owned any nintendo console since the N64 so this 3D all stars is a nice release as it will give me the opportunity to play 2 titles I never played before.

I don't care about emulators, I don't have a gaming PC I'm a macOS user and my last gaming PC was 15 years ago, I'm happy to be able to play so many Mario titles and older games on a portable device, I' m a very casual player I bought my switch when it was released and I don't think I have 100 hours played on it at all.

You can play many emulators on macOS. An older emulators such as NES and GB to PCSX2 emulator on macOS pro (2014) because I do and they works great.

As I said I don't care about PC emulators, I use my macOS only for working and that's it. I don't have anything game related installed on it I know very well I can play a lot of games on mac I just don't and usually someone who is a gamer will have a Windows installed in a boot camp or something similar which is not my case so I'm very happy with the switch and all its portability and ability to emulate old games.

Hell I ran emulators even on my N95 symbian... I like the portability and that the switch delivered with class.

I appreciate everyone inputs but the game data on the cartridge is only 4.8gb so they are not taking full advantage of the 32gb limitation they are only giving you 15% space of the cartridge and charging you full price. This game feels very incomplete without Super Mario Galaxy 2 aswelL

They’ll use a 8gb cart, so it’ll use ~60% of the space, but “meh”
 
if you boyos are so desperate to play it early and dont mind downloading a shady copy, why not download the original versions and play them in dolphin and project 64? you can mod those versions with new textures and map joycons to the controls using betterjoyforcemu and then you will have a better version, with galaxy 2
