Just copy the new boot.firm to your nand and done, it's the same process as replacing it on the sd

how to do it ? cannot obviously connect 3ds nand to pc for replace it , sorry if may these are noob questions , never replaced before the boot firm on nand , thanks

Use FBI, it has a "CTR NAND" option in the main menu. You can just copy the boot.firm from your sd to your nand

Or you can use this (it has an option to put/replace the "boot.firm" from Luma on the CTRNAND directly):

do i have to delete also the old boot firm on nand using fbi if yes how ? for the lumaupdater i'm remember not was working , did the thing changed ? is enough here too just launch the app ? thanks and sorry for the noob questions

Why don't you try it and find out?

The Luma updater broke when there was a change in Github, but that was a long time ago.

prefer be sure asking what do exactly than risk broke something , not know about the github change , i modded my 3ds long time ago infact and the lumaupdater didn't worked and i've deleted it , so don't was sure how use it especially for update the boot firm on nand , always replaced only the one on sd manually connecting the sd to pc , istead nand had the old boot from the time i modded the 3ds

no risk. boot.firm is just a file that can be deleted or changed at any time you want.

Don't worry! Luma Updater is working now. You can use it without problem!

And, if you have any problem with that (I don't think so, anyway), you can use this (read the section VI):
