I want to get rid of my emuMMC to get extra space back but when i did and went into CFW without emuMMC enabled, it didn't work and found out it deleted my entire Nintendo folder that i'd transferred from the emuMMC folder (all my stuff is already backed up so nothing to worry)

so what i want to know is, how can i get the Nintendo folder from the emuMMC folder to recognize all of my stuff on sysNAND CFW without it deleting it?

If the emuMMC has content installed to it that is not installed within sysMMC, it will have to be re-installed in sysMMC.

I like to do the same. Is there no other way than re-install everything? Also the game data must be backup and restored with a tool like JKSV oder Checkpoint. That's a lot of work. I installed all the games to sdcard-partition (not emummc). What a waste, if I had to install everything again at the same place.

If I understand it correct all you need is to decrypt nax0 containers on SD card with emummc sdkey and encrypt them back with sysmmc sdkey.

From time point of view reinstall will be faster.

Yes, you will need to re-install everything.
