Guys are stuck in paper mario origami king when you have to insert the 4 balls, I press A on the door but the inventory does not open, I think it's the fault of the cheats! How can I solve it?

Heres the save http://www.mediafire.com/file/8qw3g9r7iaixj78/data00.bin/file , dont hammer the enemie at the door that is trying to steal the last stone, just touch him so you can enter a minibattle , and theres a cutting scenne after .

I tried to restore the save with checkpoint but it doesn't work. As soon as I load the save, the game starts all over again. How can I do?

You will probably have to close and reopen adn start from your last save. I have noticed that there are some soft locks which will prevent the menus from opening pertaining to the moon jump. When you encounter the black goo be careful if you use moon jump while in it or the game will send you into the air and you can't come down and can't open the menus and will have to close the game.
