i get the same problem , no ennemies show on in time attack mode ... I haven't reached colony 6 yet but i think i'll also have same problems of chapters jump

This is literally the corona virus of the save world. Don't download it. It will break your game. You cannot skip the game as it will not activate certain enemies.

Can you also add the Monado III/True Monado or was it scrapped and replaced with the Monado Rex in the Definitive Edition? I don't remember a Monado Rex even being in the wii or 3ds versions to be honest. It's just that it is Extremely Iconic to me and I'd like to start with it much more for the design only, even if it is weaker than the seemingly newly added Monado Rex.

I ended up deleting my save and starting again. The fact that TC made such a terribly save is baffling. And he still have it posted in his OP.

@zestiva after getting the normal monado the previous one gets replaced and cant change back .
