Yeah it's already Fat32 or the Wii U won't read it, but sometimes a re-format can make it work better. Just copy all the files to your computer, reformat the sd card with Windows to Fat32, and copy them all back and retry. That's about all I got for you otherwise I don't know why it isn't working.

It seems like it wouldn't be the problem, but would renaming the SD Card possibly aid in WUP Installer not working?

Well I thank you for your help, but sadly it didn't work. I tried the Super Mario 64 VC and the error popped up again.

If you want to research the error, the error code I got was 0xFFFBFFC0 which apparently is a new one.

I've fixed the problem. I didn't copy it to the SD Card since I had to use my Roommate's computer to load the card on it since my computer doesn't have an SD Card Reader. I had to copy it to my hard drive then send it through Google Drive and THEN put the folders with the added "(USA)" tag on it onto my SD Card. I popped it in my Wii U and it downloaded Mario Kart and the Update.
