shit, longer than that. I've been waiting 2 months for stuff I ordered from aliexpress and they upped it to 80 days 10 days ago, so 70 days left.

As long as this corona virus bullshit is going on, we will be waiting and waiting for our stuffs. In the meantime, we can spread our <3 to Gary while we wait.

Well i thinks regarding to corona virus are getting better, in Spain we are starting to return to "normal life".. step by step

Same with here, starbucks reopens today :O Other than that I dunno. Would be damn nice to be able to sit somewhere for a change.

tbh I havent seen too much of an issue with Ali-express orders, although thats just buying already produced items, im sure having something actually manufactured is probably delayed, been lots of shortages of stuff like switches etc in shops, though thats probably more due to the 2 issues combined of unexpected demand combined with slower production causing big shortages

but stuff I have ordered from china have still been arriving within 2 weeks usually (probably going to jinx myself now as im still waiting on a few things) really annoyed that one of my items got delayed by stupid customs to charge £3 import tax and then slap £8 handling fees on top :glare: £8 to just look in a box and stick a bit of tape back on is obscene

Yeah, the installation is way out of my league lmao
It also sucks that there isn't really any good modchip installation places in georgia... then again no one really cares about modding here in the south, it's all football and popeyes over here lmao

Is the SX core/lite released yet?? the way everyone's talking about it in the thread makes it sound like everyone's got a copy of the chip already
or am i just clueless

Hi everyone

do you think this modchip hack will allow other teams to discover more exploit in Switch and accelerate developing software-based hack?

Core the lite isnt too bad either you just pre tin the flex cable align it and heat.

The Spanish vid I watched using that white paste and massive iron somehow managed to do it

The white paste was in the Brassilian video.. it looked like toothpaste hehe

I hope so... The only thing I want is Nintendo can't fix this exploit by software

Lol at football and Popeyes ... I saw the Portuguese video on the lite and honestly doesn’t look hard at all ... I’ve done some soldering before ... not into something this valuable but definitely same technique as Portuguese video. Might do it for mine ... I’m curious to see if now it would be possible to power off the system completely and not having a permanent rcm mode on.

Must have been the same video I watched earlier. I did wonder when he was going to change the iron tip but he just went in!

I think there's no RCM anymore on the side of the user, this is completely transparent for us and it always boots rcm and SX OS boot.dat.. so you can switch off the switch without a problem

i wuld buy one and let it do someone (cant build modchips in a console) but already have a trinketm0 in my switch (is unpatched anyways). i may get one if i buy a Switch Lite

I expect to get mine around September, this whole story has dragged us along since Xmas. Installation looks very easy, nothing like PS2 cable jungles or x360 timings hell. Let's hope it all goes to production as it seems they're doing some software adjustments and the hardware must be complete as it is. My only worry is how much more heat will the modchip add on my non-mariko switch. This is something that will come up as more ppl install it and work on it during summer. If any other installation video pops up pls post a link here guys, thanks.
