uff my expirience as a buyer was bad they took a time until they refund with half of the money .I don't know your experience, but regarding to a pay insurance, paypal is the best choice (only for buyers because for sellers it's a rip off the percentage they charge you)

Wat. If you’re referring to Nintendo taking gateway/TX’s stuff down, they’re literally selling piracy devices made for stealing Nintendo‘s games (they also include Nintendo binaries, and have some of Nintendo’s keys hardcoded into their CFW). I see absolutely no issues with Nintendo taking it down.Wow, the fact that courts are giving such power to companies instead of the users and customers is such a scary thing. They are basically forcing their TOS to be law now.
And what baffles me even more is that there is still people defending Nintendo and their shit practices to screw over the customers and fans desires.
Keep it going, you so called justice knights, and soon you won't be able to even turn on the device without Nintendo's permission.

all of your pre-orders have been canceled and FULL refunds have been
issued for every order.
The refunds were all returned directly from our payment processors, and
were returned to the same source of payment that was used to create the
pre-orders.
We have not AND WILL NOT receive any of the products mentioned on
UBERchips.com, therefore we are not able to complete any of the pre-orders
that were placed on our website.
We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

This is all I got and no refund yet does say 7-14 days
ok yeah that was the 1st email i got too,
then i got the second one with my specific order number i quoted in the other post
my order number was 453 so if yours is higher then maybe they have not got to you yet
but i never checked my statement yet to see if there is a credit for the order
