Yeah, Im not a huge fan of trying to pick these kinds of games apart tbh. Its like doing surgery on Frankenstein. I just wanted to take a look myself just to see what is going on.

I am putting them into sxos/titles/TID/cheats/BID.txt

If i use my shown TID and BID then it shows up but the codes don't work when activating it even after going into the garage.

Should work. Then again, SX has a Issue with the Cheat System. Seems Atmosphere+EdiZon works best.

I found the main cheats with noexs

the problems lies on sx os not able to detect MAIN even on sx os 2.8, so a pointer is needed from HEAP for cheats to work on sx os
cheats will work fine with bid 0000000000000000 or what ever bid it detects
