Hi all, newbie here.

I have a Wiiu with a homebrew enabled Vwii. I'm trying to launch a WBFS game from the SD card, but it only shows in Wiiflow (shows the correct cover, metadata, etc), and I also verified the game file using wii backup manager. iv'e tried to launch it with USB loader GX and CFG loader, but they don't even detect the game. When I launch the game from Wiiflow I get the message below. Can anyone offer some insight?

Hello,

USB loader gx does not play games on SD card.

only wiiflow and configurable loader v70 reads games on SD card.

For configurable loader v70, go to the loader settings (6 th icon) ==> system ==> peripheral ==> choose SD or USB with the cross of your wiimote.

start wiiflow. go to main settings>startup settings
set force load cios to off and try launching the game again.

if force cios is already off then set to on.

I get the same result. Is it possible that I need to somehow reinstall CIOS's?

Under Device I chose SD, both on boot up and in the system settings like you said. It still does not detect the game, but Wiiflow does.

Do not copy, paste your game on SD or USB support

If you have put your game on the SD card without using "" wii backup manager "", it may not work.

did you install the game with "" wii backup manager "" ?? <<< == RECOMMEND << <<=

can you post a syscheck report, please ==>https://gbatemp.net/threads/syscheck-hacksden-edition.356133/

Ahhh! I was just copying the files. After using Wii Backup manager to transfer the games they now show and launch in CFG Loader. Thank you!
