I seem to have Bricked my console by replacing the boot.firm with godmode9's boot.firm, and now my 3ds won't boot anything but godmode9, and crashes after giving a warning about the aeskey.bin file, with and without the SD card. After crashing, the 3ds just turns off

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Try to see if you can find the boot.firm somewhere on the internet. Put the GM9 boot.firm in Luma's payloads folder instead if you've done it the standard Luma CFW way.
Aside from that, I have no clue. Sorry.

Specifically, just download Luma again and put the boot.firm from there on the SD root.

Im REALLY late and I probably think you already solved the problem but heres the answer if anyone has the same problem:
Go on the official luma github and download the latest version of Luma3DS
Unzip the rar file into the root of the SD Card
Delete the current boot.firm (Godmode9)
Boot the console with the SD Card, click on "Enable Game Patching" and "Show NAND or user string in system settings".
Then click on start.
You should have booted into the home menu
