Actually there is a developer that uses the quake engine to make fanmade halo builds for android. They are very similar to the halo homebrews made for the psp. You won't be able to play the campaign but i'm pretty sure you can set up a lan server to play with friends.

They're all Quake mods that hardly scratch the Halo itch.
