Help! Im having issues!
(Sorry for bad long post and formatting/issues with posts or not enough provided info, comment and i'll provide.)

So i recently installed Luma3DS on my old 3DS, following a video guide, (BANNERBOMB3 Method) and it also installed GM9, Homebrew, FBI, Luma Updater, and some title screen/splash installer i think. Everything was going good, so i installed some emulators for Homebrew, NES and SNES. Works great, perfect. Went to bed.

The next morning i decided to install the Freeshop. (I had no idea it didnt work, i completely new to modding/hacking) installed well, even opened but i didnt have title keys so i can pretty much just open settings. Well from there I decided, hey im gonna install the Wii shop music in the Wii folder. I dragged the MP3 to the root of the SD card, (i now know thats not where it goes) but when i turned on my 3DS, all the custom installed titles are gone. Homebrew, Luma, FBI, all missing. So i went into the settings and i can view the titles as installed software, so its still there, just gone from the menu, so i cant open them. Luma 3DS and GM9 menus still open fine with the Key combos (Luma = L+DOWN+SELECT
GM9 = hold Start while 3DS powers on)

Thats the main issue. Missing all custom titles from home menu. but from there i encountered more trying to fix it. I decided to completely redo the Luma3DS install on a new SD card, fresh start. Well i decided to run the fresh SD card on my 3DS so that (hopefully) a new Nintendo 3DS file would appear, as the new card didnt have one.

Well when i tried powering on the 3DS with the new card, the blue light turns on, then fades off. No flickering screen, other lights, or anything. So i took out the card, and tried again. Same problem. Then i put the old card back in, and it boots fine. Still no titles.

Thats the second issue. 3DS wont boot without SD card with CFW files on it. Well from there i decided to just copy the Nintendo 3DS file from the original Card, to the new one, and hope that will let me turn it on. This is where my 3rd issue appears. I cant copy or move any files from the card to either my desktop or my new card. No idea why. No error messages, nothing is locked, it just does nothing when pasted.

I have no idea how to fix any of these problems, ANYTHING anyone can do to help (especially the first issue) would be incredibly appreciated.
Thanks so much! See attached images for more info.

Freeshop been dead for a while, and you should never had follow a youtube video, they tends to misinfo and get outdated.
Understandable, yet it worked fine and 3ds.guide was really confusing. Freeshop i found and downloaded on my own

At this point i would be willing to restart from scratch, with a fresh SD card or delete everything off my old one, but i cant copy or move files from the card. I havent tried deleting files, because i dont know what to delete to completely uninstall everything.

you can delete the stuff from your sd card, but it won't uninstall b9s or a9lh. I'm not sure if godmode's "full restore" removes the hack or not cuz there's "safe restore" also, which will keep it intact.

Well GM9 works fine so thats okay. What a9lh? And should i just delete everything on the SD card except for "Nintendo 3DS"? Is there anything inside Nintendo 3DS i should remove?

a9lh is an earlier hack than b9s. it was a major pita to install too.
Not sure if i ever installed that. So should i just delete everything on the SD card except for "Nintendo 3DS"? Is there anything inside Nintendo 3DS i should remove?

It is alright to delete everything on the SD card and start from scratch, if you delete the Nintendo 3DS folder it just recreate a fresh one.

the nintendo 3ds folder would be your games and saves. there's a way to tell what's what, but I find it confusing. it's like taking certain hex marks at different spots in the file to get either the title id or the folder id, which are different I believe. I found out how to do it when I was looking for a way to change the title id of an snes rom. still can't figure that one out.

"Recreate"? Sorry im so new to all of this. If i were to take a brand new SD card, and turn on my 3DS, it would create a fresh Nintendo 3ds folder correct?

Okay. I know i left some stuff in there while installing things, if i were to delete everything else, could i just overwrite any files that need to be replaced in there, when i re install everything?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

That would work perfect, except for the fact my DS wont turn on with a fresh SD card, or without the SD card that has all the CFW stuff. (Second issue in my post)

Thank you! I needed that. Those two files would alloswthe system to power on, which in turn would create a fresh Nintendo 3ds file, and i can reinstall the rest from scratch again?

Yes but first thing is load up godmode9 and do a NAND backup.

May as well do the whole finalizing setup if you haven't
