Homebrew VBAGX and IPS Patches

I have found in a site of Rom hacks that you could play ips patched roms.
I wanted to play Super Mario Land DX and Super Mario Land 2 DX but they won't work.

This is strange because I too found Perfect Pokemon Crystal, Perfect Pokemon Emerald and The Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening DX FIX and they all works great with VBAGX.

So... why aren't the Super Mario Land working at all?
Both ROMS and IPS files are named the same and I've been sure that both roms are in their correct version.

Try another loader "mgba" is way better than vbagx and supports IPS, also you can try to fuse the IPS with the game using LunarIPS (do a backup first).

I already patched the roms with LunarIPS and they works now.
