Hey everyone, I've been really enjoying Pokemon Crystal on my DSi (via R4 card and GameYob), and got to thinking how nice it would be to have the included Celebi event from the 3ds Virtual Console Version!
From my research in these forums, reddit, and Google, any download links that have potential are no longer available; including attempts to utilize Wayback Machine.
Hopefully this is the proper forum for this, happy to be redirected, of course!

I'm familiar with alternative solutions in order to attain Celebi or it's event via rom hacks, glitches, etc, so I'd like to kindly ask that responses be relative only to the Virtual Console version in question. Many thanks!
