I tried to Copy and paste all the files from my 16gb SD card to my larger 32gb one, Everything seems to be working, Checkpoint, Cias, FBi etc, Except the homebrew launcher which I need to access for a variety of things, When I attempt to launch the homebrew launcher I get an error, Should I just try to reinstall the homebrew Launcher? I used the "3ds hacks" guide and as such I don't have an emunand if that's of any concern.
(I also made sure to Format w/ FAT32 & 32k Clusters)

Do you have boot.3dsx on your sd root?

I've looked through all the files, doesn't seem to be, thing is, I copied and pasted from my other SD card and it didn't copy that? or does the boot.3dsx delete itself or something?

Alright, I got a replacement boot.3dsx and slapped that into my SD's root, that's fixed it, thanks for pointing this out.
