I got it to work, so apparently I was placing the cheats in the wrong folder in atmosphere, I wasn't aware since the current update they changed where you have to put the cheats so no more "title" folder I had to move everything in the "title" folder to the "contents" folder in atmosphere

Having issues getting any of the cheats from switchcheatsdb for Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate to work. Only the 60 FPS and 30 FPS cheats work when enabled, the rest that I've tried (inf health, stamina, auto mark boss, auto display map, instant kill, monster hp 1) do not work.
