OP
I recently downloaded Neogamma for loading burnt games, but then learned that it could apparently serve as a backup loader. I've been pondering if I should just use it for loading both backups and burnt games, but I'm not sure. So, should I use it as a backup loader, or just stick to Wiiflow?

Neogamma is not as flexible as newer USB loaders.
I personally only occasionally use it for DVD backups where it gives me the best results.

well, I think burnt games and backup are the same thing, no?
{burnt games} {backups}
With neogamma you can use games on discs only, with wiiflow usb and sd.
With Wiiflow you can also launch emulator games, if you configure a source_menu.
Neogamma supports USB and SD loading – as far as I know only from WBFS formatted media which is a bit deprecated/obsolete. Newer USB loaders are way better and can do many more things. As DVD-R loader Neogamma is my favorite: It just works without any configuration.
