Homebrew CBHC not launching when console boots up

Hey,

A while ago I installed Haxchi on my WiiU, at the time I was a little cautious about installing CBHC so I decided not to. After trying out Haxchi for quite some time I did some more research into CBHC, decided that I was aware of the risks and went ahead to install it. I'm not exactly sure what's happened but I don't think it installed correctly. From my understanding when I power on the console a black screen with CBHC v1.6 should display and then it should boot into CFW. Instead the console appears to boot into the standard WiiU menu. When I try to run a game from this menu I get a message saying "There is an error in the add-on content data...Try deleting and reinstalling the add-on content". Now if I go to my DS VC title which now has the Health and Safety "!" icon and says "DON'T TOUCH ME" and launch it, the Haxchi screen comes up followed by the CBHC v1.6 black screen. After this it appears to boot into CFW, so effectively I'm where I was at with a normal Haxchi installation i.e having to manually launch the CFW. Rather than trying to fiddle with the installation myself I thought it would be best to ask advice lest I screw it up and brick my console.

I should also note that I can boot into the CBHC menu options and that Autoboot is set to System Menu.

Anyone got an ideas of what's going on and/or how to fix it?

Press the Home button when the 'autobooting' appears top left. You'll get a list of things you can boot into.

Choose Homebrew Launcher. Reinstall CBHC from there.

Is it safe to just reinstall CBHC? I'm not going to brick the console by doing so?

Did you even use the search? This has been answered plenty of times. YES you just to reinstall CBHC and YES it is safe to just reinstall CBHC. Its always a good practice to make sure your Haxchi install is working correctly prior to installing CBHC. You've already done that according to your post so...

No need to get sassy, I did use the search but wit the hysteria surrounding CBHC I thought it's always better to err on the side of caution. Thanks for your response anyway.

Would just like to confirm that reinstalling CBHC through the Homebrew Launcher appears to have resolved the issue.
