I set up parental controls on my switch before I got into cfw, but now that my switch is banned online I can't figure out how to remove them. Is there a way to remove parental controls completely without connecting to the internet?
You can enter a masterkey to temporarily remove them without connecting to the internet.
Then you can permanently change the setting.

When you are in pctl-shooter, press A then you will be asked to choose a new pin then when it's finish go back to settings and parental controls settings andyou have to choose dissociate the application or something like that.

The pin was never the problem, the problem is figuring out how to disconnect the switch from parental controls since it’s banned online and can’t connect to the internet to disconnect from the app.
