ROM Hack Help! Pokemon sword freezes but music palys on after using cheats

I've been messing around with some cheats such as hold R for purple beam dens or walk trough walls or max watts, and the game was working fine.
I saved then turned it off, and now when I try to play it freezes, the music plays on but I can't move or do anything (to be more specific: the intro loads fine but after pressing continue, it loads the map, plays the music but I cant move or open any menus, however the switch doesn't crash as I can go back to the home menu or raise/lower the volume).
Is someone else having the same problem?
My best guess as to why the game might not be working is because I enabled the cheat to walk through walls and suddenly unlocked the bicycle that allowed me to cycle over the water, and since I've barely beat the 1st gym the game might be crashing as I'm not suppossed to have been the bicycle yet? I'm using latest ver atmosphere 0.10.2 and kosmos 15, sd formatted to FAT32. Pokemon sword ver 1.0.0
EDIT: I have fixed it, a guy had the same problem I had and he solution was to open the save in pkhex and change the dentype number to 0 for all the dens, ill leave the thread open for people thatmight encounter the same problem

That's the first thing I did, I even deleted them but it still crashes...

Restart your entire switch. I.t seems pokemon has a weird glitch with changing things in the contents folder without restarting

I've restarted but it hasn't solved the problem. I have also started a new game so the game works fine, its the save.
I can 100 % confirm its something to do with my save, it must be corrupted after using the cheats
I have uploaded a copy of my save so if someone is kind enough to have a look at it to see what could be wrong and fix it I would really appreciate it

I described it at the end of my first post, what I did was edit my save file with pkHex and changed the dentype number to 0 for all the dens. I read this from a thread of a guy with a the same problem and apparently the software freezes when too many dens are activated

I have the exactly same problem as you but i only used the dens cheat and I've done what you said and doesnt work for me, it keeps freezing all the time.

Any other idea? I dont want to loose the save

I'm pretty sure the solution to your problem is the same to the one I had, If I were you I would: create a copy of ur save, open it with the latest pkHex then go through the 100+ dens and change the den type numbers to 0, and maybe change them to false( I just set the number to 0 and it worked for me) and also make sure the cheat is deactivated cause maybe when you load the game it automatically activates the dens or somethi g and it freezes, I have even deleted my cheats and whenever I play the game they are still on, so find a way to completely turn them off. I'm hoping this helps

After you disabled the cheats and it stopped freezing can you reactive the cheats after that and would work properly again?

TO ANYONE WHO HAS THIS ISSUE IN FUTURE:
I've just discovered that a case that appeared to be the exact same as this one was actually just a matter of the game taking a loooong time to load the map, due to checkpoint placing the save in a different location. If you think you have this issue but none of the fixes are working, just see if waiting for a few minutes brings the game to loading.

Unfortunately, I got the same problem but the PKHeX doesn't support 1.2.0 yet.
