Hacking PS4 question about PS2

Yeah you can play them. You need to convert them (make sure to keep a lsit of the ids you use so you don't end up overwriting other games when installing new ones).
Most games should work, but as said above a few occasional ones may not.
I recommend trying Midnight Club III Dub Edition btw (most fun racing game I've ever played)

A few occasional ones ? No. There are more than a few ones, really. PS3 version have a higher compatibility list.

I've installed tons of titles this way and never had a problem changing iso region wouldn't fix. Maybe my game library is just a bit different then yours haha

Perhaps but I doubt you finished them, didn't you ? Title screen or in game doesn't mean anything. You have to PLAY all the way to the end. Yeah, you will have issues, Silly.

Anyway I don't liked many PS2 games.. I don't have problem with my PS2 games because I only collected some PS2 games to my liking and only one game has graphic issue is Klonoa 2 and you can try it and I will laugh with you. :)

You got tons of titles ? You crazy because most PS2 games sucks to my opinion. So I am not worrying about it. :)

Also, some PS2 games will never run full speed on PS3/PS4 emulation. Example: Star Ocean 3 (runs full speed on launch PS3 due to PS2 HW inside) Even the PSN store version of Star Ocean 3 has lag.

actually i just want to chime in while not every game will work some folks have done amazing things since the early days so many titles needed further editing but eventually were made to work. So don't knock ps2 on ps4 without reviewing some of those newer templates. ps2 on ps4 is definitely a thing and I have quite a few titles I have played that work great. Ps2 library is vast. So keep that in mind.
